Here's one. You're in a queue of slow moving traffic. I want to turn right across you. Why can't one of you just ease off the gas a bit and make a gap I can use? You'll soon get back to where you were in the queue. I get to where I'm heading and the people behind aren't held up and you've lost nothing but gained a warm fuzzy feeling.
