Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

When we come to the end of a loaf of bread, there are two slices if my wife and I are both eating, but three if I am eating alone. (I don't make bread in advance as it loses its attraction pretty quickly).

Twee stuff like this at work:

"Next: Rural decay Challenge. This is an annual fun and friendly competition, which encourages people in the countryside to get outside in their local area and record as much decay as possible. With the destruction caused by HS2, this should be a bumper year for entries!"

The newly published 'Dogs at Work' policy, which if I were to follow it to the letter, means I may as well leave the dog at home.

[Does the "Dogs at Work" policy also have a reciprocal "Non-Dog people at Home" policy?]

teens on scrambler bikes wheelying through school-run traffic thinking a f*cking balaclava is a f*cking safety helmet ... I know they are somebody's son, but I seriously wish they would have an unfortunate fall under a bus

[I have a feeling something has kicked off at head office. Thankfully, I am 300 miles away from head office :) ]
