"Let them eat cake" springs to mind. Sorry, sense of humour failure with millionaire chefs who habitually have recipes with a completely unrealistic idea of what the average Briton can afford to shell out for. I swear Rick Stein did a recipe the other night where the ingredients would easily have cost in excess of 50 quid. Not that different from Clarkson and his habitual "If you can afford to but this it's only £27,000 LESS than a Porsche Carrera blathering.
