As for the idea that "this just punishes people who drink sensibly" - I don't know where to even begin with the stupidity of such an argument. Im sorry but surely there is a better way to raise awareness for mens cancer than asking for sponsorship because you are letting your body do something it does anyway i.e. grow hair. I mean ffs, would you sponsor me for not shaving my legs, or having a period? At least completing a race for life requires some actual commitment and has some achievement attached to it. Also as every-bloody-body does it and all at the same time, who the hell do you sponsor? Im not made of frickin money!
