I designated a book to put passwords in, but it's not in there. I imagine I put it somewhere extra special safe and wrote it in code! I've had this problem at least 4 times and each time I have to wait for a new password to be sent via post. Grrrrr.

E.g. if my document says abC, that might stand for acornbangorCottage. All except one password, the very most important and secure of all, that is something like khf9q8n981ch1ncf1n and that one is written out in full. The username for that account is similar.

If you think it is acceptable for them to make that much noise then why not make sure they do it in front of (or ideally, inside) your own house!
