I speak to the building manager to check how this should be resolved. Building manager's PA also gets involved. I send out a message to all building staff advising of interim solution. On receipt of the message, manager's assistant comes back to me to say issue was reported to the relevant dept yesterday and is being resolved. Why didn't they tell their manager and our office staff, who are both in adjacent offices? Grrrrrrrrr.
