The word "excruciating" when used by two or more consecutive patients to describe their aches and pains and niggles. Doesn't make me think, "You must have something serious," it makes me think, "You're a raving hysterical hypochondriac."

Hearing Theresa May's invitation to retributive spite in a news extract from the Conservative Party Conference I really hate the idea that victims of crime have any say in how a criminal is punished. It encourages the worst kind of reactive hysteria and Daily Mail "justice".

Stalkers following you around the internet and even onto a running site so they can read your posts even though they don't run. A bit sad don't you think?

My 'phone going off when I'm out on my bike. I should really leave it at home, then I wouldn't find myself thinking, "Can't I even get out for a couple of hours on my bike without someone trying to contact me?"

The colleague not respecting my days booked off... They get discussed, I then enter (expensive) races only to find I have to put up a fight a few days before said race to be able to actually do it GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

My phone never goes of V-rap... Then again, I usually leave it at home, where I have no signal, so it cannot go off

At present, silent phone calls or ones where you answer, hear an office environment or similar in the background and they hang up without saying anything and do this 3 times or so a day, mostly witholding their number as well. Even wose when they don't do the usual 8 rings before the auto dialer moves onto the next number so after 20-30 rings, you think it's important as they're persisting so rush from what you're doing to answer it and click.

I agree with JenL, hanging is too good for them Jeremy Hunt.
