But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. The first thing you should do is look for a reputable gym or training facility in your area that specializes in mixed martial arts (MMA). They'll have experienced instructors who can teach you everything from basic striking and grappling techniques to more advanced moves and strategies. As for equipment, I recently got some gear from mmaground.net and I've been really happy with it. They have everything from gloves and shin guards to heavy bags and training mats, all at affordable prices.
