Hope you get a good deal N.O.

Muttley it's a 6 month plan from a page called Indoor Sports Services, they have 2 marathon plans. One that starts at 40,000 a week and peaks at 100,000 a week or the plan I'm following which starts at 30,000 a week and peaks at 80,000. Free plans, just cost you an email address, I've not had any spam from them yet.

It's going to be a bit of a grind towards the end I think.

Yeah, you're not wrong Muttley.

Logging your rows on the Concept 2 log gives you all sorts of stats to geek out over.
Long slow row today, although maybe that should be a notverylong slow row. 36 minutes aiming at keeping the splits 2:30/500m for 7223 metres. It's a start 😀

First meters on the board for this season.
Warm up followed by a 10x0:30/1:00r, which is the C2CTC row for this month.
I don't normally do any short sprint intervals, so was just hanging on at the end.

People do stare at you in the gym when you put in some effort....

Never rowed at a gym sinj, I can imagine a few stares at someone working hard in a chain gym though.

I'll going "long" and slow, 24,445 metres this week over 4 rows. Longest was 8025 in 40 mins aiming at keeping to 2:30/500m

Decided to do one of the January C2 challenges. The most achievable for me is rowing 20 days during January.

I'm on 5 so far, so 15 to go in 21 days. Mainly doing the short workout of the day (and usually in addition to a run).
