Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What more could I ask for than a recommendation from two lovely Fetchies. Ordered one :)

I am post the previous good advice (maybe it has even arrived) but I when I popped into Mountain Warehouse in passing yesterday, I noticed they had women's caps (not just in pink!). So I tried a couple. There's an ordinary baseball cap, and a technical cap (better) which would both adjust for a small head.

Thanks Dvorak, might be useful as a spare. The Buff hat hasn’t arrived yet as it turns out it comes from Germany.

Fizz :-)
Thanks Dvorak. I have two new running caps. Still cheaper than one at full price, even after paying postage :-)

Thanks for the recommendation DoricQuine and Rosehip .
I ordered two of those buff hats and I’m liking them so far. More secure on my head - I tested one out on a blustery walk today and it stayed put. I would have had to hang onto my old cap to stop it blowing away.

Excellent Fragile Do Not Bend 😊
Mine hasn't blown off into the North Sea yet! 🤣

About This Thread

Maintained by Fragile Do Not Bend
Does anyone have a recommendation for a running hat/cap that is light and breathable but is suitable for someone with a small head? Maybe one that does a women’s-specific fit?

Most running caps are too large for me even with the adjustable Velcro bit as tight as it will go and they tend to fall down over my eyes.
