I'm not following the training plan (currently on Furman) but I love this book. My form and speed has improved no end and my hill running is positively goat-like ![]() |

BintMcskint - It seems to be helping me as well. I have been doing a bit of the stretching which makes a big difference. I did the xc yesterday. I didn't run particularly well as I think I lack the strength. Some hill sessions should help. |
