Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Since I was 3rd from the back at Buchlyvie 10k, right at the back at Devilla and 2nd from the back at Kilomathon I think I get first dibs at Fetchie backmarker for this one. In honour of the occasion I may look out the Fetch shirt though doubt it fits!

had a peek and shyfire and JaneyM your times are very much like mine so we can do a chariots of fire thing at the end to see who is last fetch;) I've done my last wee run this afternoon, tomorrow and Saturday are devoted to eating potatoes, porridge and pasta and sitting on my fat arse. Quite excited now (about the race, not the sitting/eating; well that too I suppose!)

Shyfire, Janey and Jacs - my half time is a lot slower than any of yours, so dont be worried about being at the back :-D

Well I got an answer :)

"Hi June, thanks for bringing that to our attention, we'll clarify things on the website now. Regarding your inquiry, we will be following the latter option... and you will be able to finish under your own steam and claim your medal at the finish. Good luck!!"

I'm hoping to finish in just over 3 hours but good to know I'll be allowed to stagger over the line if the last few hills do me in!

Good luck everyone :)
