They do a 2k at the same time. Had signed my sons up but funnily enough not been able to tempt them out of bed for any yet. |

Re the low numbers, the first ever parkrun had a similar amount of finishers. As for stealing courses, my local one is three laps of what used to be my club's Boxing Day relay course, albeit using a different start and finish area. Competition for parkruns ? Probably not if they are Sunday instead of Saturday, more likely to affect other races that are actually held on Sundays. |
