Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'll stick to Basingstoke probably - the social side is just as important as the run!

Basingstoke is undoubtedly the quicker course, but Eastleigh has the advantage of being next to an open water swimming lake - so good for a once a month brick session I'd say!

Ooo, we may have to visit Eastleigh for the first one.

PLK - Have fun a your scottish one, don't forget they don't start till 9:30 so you can get an extra half hours kip :-)

Ruth, is that your way of telling Rach that her babysitting duties will no longer be required :-)

C, no, this is my way of saying 'I'll be knackered after the marathon and this is my ticket out of pushing hard for a PB for a few weeks!'

I just wanted to apologise for the lack of reports. I just haven't been able to access to websites to a) research the reports b) write the reports and c) upload the reports. Hopefully parkrun will sort the problems out soon and service will resume as normal. Really sorry.

No need to be sorry Rach.

Saturday - I was thinking of going around in 26 - 28 mins, as I have done before my other 20M+ runs / races this year - good idea or bad. Am doing VLM. (is this pre-race mind tricks ?? :-O )

Gobi - If you dont mind me asking what is that belt thing you are wearing in your latest photo?
