Rather belated post to say that I really like last week's newsletter - and I'm rather amazed I haven't seen a variation on that analysis before. Chapeau, Lord Everyone.

(For 'haven't seen' probably best to substitute 'don't recall seeing', just to be safe).

RW published a copy of the "sum of 5 long runs" from me about six months back - but I hadn't sent that one out to you guys before.

Could do with some more ideas though :-) (and preferably stuff based on data I actually have, rather than 'the impact of lampposts on speed' for example).

Can you do some sort of x-train analysis? I'd be interested certainly - for example the split between

100% running

80% running, 20% 'other'

and so on - ditto with cycling and swimbling?

Any chance? I think the 'Smell' massive would be interested if nobody else.

I do love your way or writing Sir. I am not being a suck up (well not this time.) You have a way of making me smile.

And because of you I started to discretely drop subliminal messages into me e-mail footers instead of the standard "Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail."
