It's a Tacx Flow trainer, I was given it a few months back and to be honest I don't really need it. I plugged it in the other day and it seems to be OK, you'd have to take it as it comes though because I haven't fully tested it. Note that this isn't a "smart" trainer, though you can alter resistance from the digital head unit. Collection only from Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

I've been using a hand-me-down Flow as a dumb trainer for the last 18 months, it's got a decent flywheel effect for an old-fashioned turbo. (My old Tacx Speedbreaker broke - the tyre tension lever snapped - and I needed one quickly, a friend obliged.)
