But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Trying to match the totals shown with my training log, the calculations for week 15 & week 16 seem to be wrong on mine for whichever race I select. And I notice your half-mara is 15 weeks away, so that maybe is the explanation.

Ok, maybe it'll all calm down in a week or so then. Looked up random times for 5 mile and 10km groups as have races for them in the next month or so, and they all seemed fine as well, just that half-mara that is incorrect.
