Garmin 620 problems

A quick check of the firmware and it seemed they released an update in late june (V2.8 I think), so it may be worth checking if you are on this latest one or not.http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=6589

The cover is held on with 4 tiny screws and I've found it very difficult to release them, even with special screw drivers. The battery didn't seem to last long, so looks like this will be a recurring problem. Poor design. I'll be checking out the competition next time I buy a sports watch.

If it has failed then definitely speak to Garmin support and ask for a replacement. I have and so far the new one is working fine.

Marvin Feb 2017 5:44pm, 26 Feb 2017 49 posts	Quote Pin Marvin As far as I know you have to use the "Garmin Express Fit" program on your computer. So open the program, connect your watch using the USB charging cradle, click on the wifi symbol and select the network under the + button. HTH
