Should I be worried? I stubbed my little toe this morning and it caused a bit of pain down the side of my foot. I was ok walking around this morning pretty much pain free (volunteering at parkrun) but over the last couple of hours I'm hobbling. There's no obvious swelling or bruising but tenderness on top of my foot (outer edge) which is tender to touch.

I'm feeling a bit gutted as training was just starting to go in the right direction after a terrible year. I'm not sure whether I need to do anything or to leave and see what it's like tomorrow.

Got something to say?
