I might fix up a Tooting one in April - London 4.

A handicap sounds absolutely brilliant. I start 3m30 ahead of Jock and he plays catch up.

No chance of a sub 5 for me, at this rate sub 6 would be a good run considering I don't even know if I'll be fit to run.

I am going to try and do reading this weekend which sould give me a base to work from but sub 5 maybe a possiblity with some speedwork.
