Having organised a few fetch miles the best thing is just to pick a date and go for it, you will never please all of the people all of the time and if there is something else on that weekend then people will just have to choose, so nerr;-)

The EIS is a brilliant setup, nice track, plenty of seating availible and decent food on tap. I'm not sure if there is a bar there though (though I suspect there might be). Plus we'd probably get to see Jess Ennis, Peter Elliot, and an array of top boxers, volleyballers and snooker players wandering around
