(wish he would as I bet on him and I want the credits!) He's hoping to beat that at Breckland, but had a "lousy" (22:09!) run at Parkrun last week due to still being ill from Egypt, so he might still be a bit sluggish - plus AS's are kicking in and he's getting a bit stressy!
