I think the whole idea is
there's a list group somewhere
ithink everyone brings something or you all agree to what to take ???
runner or their suporters will either travel threir to drop their own stuff off ( early ) or hand it over to Exciteabble or someone at the HQ - by a deadline time - then their gone

The brackets indicate people who said they would come but I havent confirmed with. A number of people usually turn up out of the blue but if you can badger anyone to join us they will be welcome.
We are an official water station so we have to hand out water. We will also have ballons and stuff in red and yellow. We have a responsibility to make a lot of noise and support EVERYONE coming through. No ordinary staid water station for us. We also have to have fun. It's the law.
We used to be in the village beyond the industrial estate but I think there were complaints about the noise.
I have a small budget from LOTTL to buy jelly babies and stuff but if you feel bringing more then go for it.
Also taking suggestions for things I can spend the budget on

coconut mushrooms are nicer than jelly babies and require less chewing, tescos usually have 3 bags for £2
Also, if buying jelly babies you can get more for your money if you buy own brand, by the time they have been rained on then they all taste the same anyway.
