Just joined the group in the hope of maintaining my consistency. Should be doable for me as I'm on 40-50 miles a week or so at the moment.

Just gone above 100 for Feb, so I'm ticking off two months...

I'm stuggling this month. Managed to run 36 miles from Bristol the Newport last Monday and shagged my right knee in the process,. This weekend had a very bad experience with V & D............blah blah not happy

Wokey Half gets me to 67 which feels like striking distance of the February ton.

However, there is the little matter of a 3 day stag weekend in Glasgow next weekend...

Can I join even though I didn't succeed in January as i really want to hit this for the rest of the year and judging by last year, it's highly possible? I'm on 72 for Feb and looking good.

been struggling with the sore throat/cough that's been going round and had to abandon the running for a few days. So after trying the old alcohol cure over the weekend I'm going to attempt a LSR tonight, it'll be interesting to see how it goes, hopefully I'll get over the 100 mark (7 miles needed) and then I'll need to find other motivation!
