I did a HM at the weekend (I know, I know).. To make it more interesting, I got up at 6:30am on Sat, didn't go to bed and my run started at 3:30am on Sunday. Got a PB too :) RNR - brilliant.

Next mara is Beachy Head for me.. having a rest for a bit.

I have a wwekend of outdoor pursuits with the animals - sorry delightful children - so rock climbing & canoeing etc.

If up shit creek will remember my paddle ;)

There was a mention of building ones own accomodation so taking a phone number for Macalpines just in case ;)
