A friendly running club for all ages and abilities. Beginners and experienced runners are always welcomed.
The Club meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm, at Dunstable Community Football Centre, Creasey Park Drive, Dunstable.
The main club night is Wednesday when the are usually more than 7 differing ability groups running. The groups usually run for approximately 60 minutes on the quieter streets and footpaths of Dunstable, Houghton Regis and occasionally Luton during the winter months.
During the summer months the footpaths and trails across Dunstable Downs, Totternhoe Knolls, Blows Downs and Ivinghoe Beacon are incorporated into the runs.

Meet at Dunstable Community Football Centre at 7pm. After some club announcements, 3 or 4 different ability groups set off for approximately 1hr of running on well lit but generally quiet streets and roads in Dunstable, Houghton Regis and Luton outskirts.
Summer:
Meet at Dunstable Community Football Centre at 7pm. Usually 3 or 4 ability groups, running anything from 5 to 10 miles. during the summer mainly off road on public footpaths and bridleways on and around the delightful Dunstable Downs. Just watch out for the nettles!
