A friendly and sociable, mainly road running club, based in Seaford on the South Coast, whose members regularly take part in a wide range of events throughout the South East and elsewhere. We are active in the Sussex Road Racing Grand Prix, in which we were the 1998 & 2005 Champions, and also have members who enjoy participating in ultra distance, cross country and triathlon races.
