MAD Superman Re-arranged XC county Champs at Berry Hill. 3 lap course. Quite muddy in places but good running conditions. Had antinatal class all morning and only just made the start line so not ideal preparartion but had a steady run. Finished 31st (distance 9k not 6.5m) Redhill Road Runners 35:04 79.00
rollerman Excellent XC course, had a good one considering back problems and training, but can do better! Long Eaton Running Club 1:05:00 44:23 67.93
