Doonhamer Nightmare race. Managed to take a big chunk out of my left heel at the hotel pool on the morning of the race and felt in pain throughout the race. Tried to go with the pace for the first mile but struggled after that and just plodded round. If it had been any other race i probably would not have ran but felt obliged to after getting 3 days 'free leave' from work to run. Linlithgow AAC 17:05 18:20 17:00 18:44 69.03
