beders a typical short fell race, straight up to the top of the Otley Chevin, 900 ft climbing, over 500ft of which in half a mile including the stairway to hell !! round the top of the chevin then a bone jarring descent before the last stagger to the line. Hurts like hell, can't believe how some people run up those damm steps, legs mashed by the end but well pleased with over a minute off last years time !!
