Excellent organisation, friendly marshalls and was inch perfect from the moment we arrived in the car park. The t-shirt and bottle of beer was a welcome sight after the hilly first part of the course but if you take your time over the first 5 miles there is plenty of downhill up until mile 9 to get yourself the right side of the clock. Just bear in mind the last mile is a steady hill up to the finish line, but nothing compared to the ones in the first half. I will be keeping a close eye on North Derbyshire Running club's events if this is the standard which they work to!
