About Me

I am a mountain biker really. Have come to running via injury. Seem to be able to run without causing me problems.
Have run the bluewater 4km run a few times and some 5k and 10k races mostly off road. Locally in Kent. Am trying a new training program from a book called " run less run faster" which seems to working well. Happy to talk to anyone else trying this program. Which is three quality runs a week. With two or three cycle rides or similar.
