About Me

I have been running on and off since 1982. I got started as a "Must" then did few races then kept running but on a less competitive level. Then about 12 years ago got back into it more and more. Had a purple patch around my fortieth birthday which lasted a couple of years but then got disillusioned by always getting injured training for the marathon or just after completing the marathon. Now 47 I really want to try to regain some of the seconds i have lost. Can it be done? Can I really be arsed? Who knows. I am a member of St Edmunds Pacers, a club that needs a kick up the backside!!!
