What's the biggest challenge that awaits you?
Learning to swim without swallowing half of the pool and being comfortable in the water. I started taking lessons just before the pandemic and was making progress but sadly I feel I might be back at square one when we're allowed back in the pool

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
Stick with it - everything is hard at first, and it does eventually get better. It never becomes easier, you just go faster/further to feel the same level of knackeredness
