About Me

started running to get fit and lose weight back in 2007, and now i've caught the running bug and am into it... i just enjoy turning up the ipod and getting out running in all winds and weathers for a run..

Current Status

returning from injury, and luckily have got a VLM balllot place, so its perfect motivation to get out and train as i want a sub 3hr 45mins this time round.. so let the training begin
