About Me
got back into running at the start of 2012 with the aim of shifting the accumulated damage of far too many pies ... phase 1 complete, now moving my focus to getting some of those PB times down as low as my plodding legs will let me.
usually do my running in (hilly!) Blackburn, with regular trips over to Westhill for jogscotland and Aberdeen Beach for parkrun.
2013 ... it's time for a MARATHON! Also aiming for new pb's for 5k/10k/Half ... and maybe try a bit of multi-sport to keep things interesting
2014 ... trying to build on last years progress, would love to take a nice chunk out the marathon time, and some improvement and consistency over other distances would be fantastic too. Possibly also the year I scratch the lairig ghru race itch, although its probably more sensible to hold off until next year
