About Me
Having spent 30 years telling myself (and everyone else) that I was NOT built for running.. I started running outside in about March of this year and haven't looked back since.

After an injury set back in late May, I've now got my distance back up to 11 miles and am training for my first half marathon in Sept 2006.. and I've gone and posted an application for the FLM! Eeek! So if I get in that'll really mean I need to knuckle down.
