About Me
Have been on and off running for last 4 years or so. Overweight and approaching 30yrs soon. Very slow. Been known to getting ahead of myself and over-estimating my ability and then suffering a burn out. Last few years had been like this. So, consistency is my main problem.

Got married around 6 months ago, and coming back with renewed motivation to lose weight and train consistently. Fan of HR training and main goal for next 6 months is to train slow and steady, consistently and race few halfs and 1 marathon.
