Joined A on her midweek run. Little in the way of aches and pains where I last had them, but picked up a new one across the front of my right ankle. Loosened my laces and it went away for most of the run then returned again towards the end. Couldn’t feel anything there afterwards, but there is a little bit of sensitivity in my right Achilles now too.
