Nice evening run at the van.
High tide on the turn with the sound of the waves in one ear and the sound of Bez from the Happy Mondays doing a DJ set at the end of a fake festival in the meridian show ground in the other.
Moon lighting up the Humber on one side of me and later the lights from the festival on the other side

Legs felt good but nice and easy run.
