Tripped over a paving slab one mile into the run, and cut my knee and both palms. Interestingly, none of the passers-by stopped to see if I was alright as I sat on the pavement swearing. Next few miles were a bit stingy - but overall the run was good, especially the peaceful bit with the sheep on Harrowden Lane. Bit tired in the last couple of miles. Missed two bliddy bugs!
