Didn't feel up to this one today. Had family problems all week so training was out the window. Got a stitch at 2k's and then struggled all the way through, came 368 out of just over 400 runners, slightly faster than personal best but the course was a lot flatter. It should have been more. heartrate gives it away, started out to high and stayed there
