Linlithgow 10k.
I had heard this was a slow course, wasn't believing the stories of 60+ seconds slow. Maybe they are true. There was a point in mile 5 where my legs just refused to turn, I suspect it was a cunningly disguised uphill section. Heat didn't help, and a section behind the Loch was difficult for me too. Probably shouldn't have done squats yesterday either...Basically I'm just making excusing for not running as quick as I thought I would
Happy enough with it overall, especially as I ran 7:50 for the last 2km.

My HR seems to quite happily sit at 185-190 for ages, which seems strange as my max (recorded) is only 199...
