Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Fenland Flier
A little cooler this evening.
nme2no1
You’d think so, but no. Hot and sticky.
On the bright side, I only got one insect bite!
nme2no1
I put that message on the wrong run 🤦‍♂️
The insect bite was in the woods on Thursday.

However, it was still muggy on Tuesday even with a bit of a wind involved.
Fenland Flier
🤦😂 I hope the bite hasn't swollen up, yesterday evening at work was flipping horrible again, stuffy and no air circulation, sweating like a race horse and going into a cold fridge doesn't do you a lot of good but if you're dry going into the fridge was nice.
nme2no1
Fortunately, the bite has been very little trouble.
The close heat is horrible, and a fridge is appealing. But not when wet, as you say.
Raining heavily here now, but still warm.
Fenland Flier
Pleased the bite isn't troublesome.
Been raining heavily here but I've been dealing with different water, I've been replacing my mother's kitchen tap. There's always something.
nme2no1
There *is* always something, you’re right. I have no aptitude for things like that, so a third party would be called.
I can dismantle and reassemble a laptop, but put me near a spanner and I’m hopeless.
Fenland Flier
🤣
