Notes & Comments

Great East Anglia Run - first race after the marathon again, but this year only 2 weeks after. New course starting in the town centre at King's Lynn - much better, although a little narrow in the early stages. The pain in my lower calf/achilles returned at around 3km, but managed to run through it. Did the first 5km in 24.14, thus the 47.38 means a negative split which I was well pleased with - only 42secs outside a pb, with only 4miles training in the last 2 weeks. Shes are rubbing again though in the arches.
