Fetch Virtual Mile September

I took the opportunity of an almost empty track to try another fast one. My legs were almost DOMS-free so I hoped that I could get close to last month's time or even faster. In the end, 6:41 for the mile, 1 second faster. The pacing was more consistent than last time so things are moving in the right direction.
