Manchester marathon - eurgh where to start? Pretty sure I hit the wall and hit it hard. Felt significantly harder than Chester, despite having less hills. Extremely frustrating as my training block went as well as it could have done, but couldn't perform on the day. Heart rate looks ridiculous, and I need to revisit my fuelling strategies. Give me a few days and I'll find some positives, but there aren't many at the moment.

Indeed, and the marathon is a beast. Everything has to work. Its some god lessons learned when it don't though. :)
I just messed up a 10k, it's not fun, but you learn :)
