Run from home in the pouring rain. Still feeling tired and very slightly light headed but much better than in the heat. Heart Rate seems very high.Didn't pay too much attention to the pace and happy to see that it was better than last few runs. Still feeling sluggish and very doubtful about being able to complete MK Half next weekend.
