Notes & Comments

Working tomorrow, so decided to get in a run while eL Bee! was donating blood. Still very windy. Ankles took 15 minutes to loosen up. Suspect a Magnum and a handful of crisps wasn't enough for lunch plus a post-walk snack. Branches down near Mechi, but not on the road and not on my noddle.
