After my comment on Sundays run I looked again at your splits. There were I think 3 slow miles did you stop for a chat? You need to run slower for these runs 12 ish min miles. Your 5k times will come down and your half marathon will be easier to race, honestly, (crosses fingers).
You ar3 very observant. I stopped to answer the phone and to have a chat to a chap chopping trees down, I wanted the wood for my burner 😀. 12moh seems slow, but probably sustainable. Am pleased with how my 5k has plummeted already 👍🏻
